I am looking to replace my Danner Proghorns and I would like to know about how much to expect for a similar pair of these?
You will not be disappointed. If you use the 25% off promo code it really is a no brainer. I would say the Wild's would work well to replace the Pronghorns. If you don't need the 9.5 " height the Kanada would be a good choice. What kind of hunting and when do you go?

Probably going to pull the trigger on these this week. Any one have any other info they wouldn't mind sharing?

Matt
Matt,

I have been using the Wild's for a month now. (No hard core hunting but hiking and what not.) Probably have 50 miles on them and I think they are the most comfortable pair of boots I have had hands down. You cannot go wrong with them. I have talked with their Rep here in the USA for a long time and I can tell you they are made to a very high standard.

Thank you Cmeier117 and elknut1 for your input. I k.own the boot debate can get as heated as what is the best bow or boardhead. I am really looking to see that they will last, and preform well with a loadedpack and over long mountain hikes. I know comfortable is a relative thing but it sure is nice to hear everyone is very pleased with them so far. Please keep the great information coming.

That is one thing I cannot comment on yet is their longevity or long term durability. I am guessing from the luggy Vibram soles and "stiffer" Mountaineering type support that they will last a long time. Oh and the leather is really thick... But yes I will need a few years in them to give responses as to this.

I will concur with elknut. I have the Wild gtx boots which is a step down from the Hunters. They are very comfortable boots!! I cannot compare them to Lowa, Hanwag boots or any other top boot company, but I don't think you can go wrong with them at all. They are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn hands down.
