I know that there are plenty of threads out there on the Cuddelink system but Im looking for more up to date reviews of the system. So for those of you that have used the system how do you like it? What are the problems you've encounter and what were the solutions to those problems if any. Also what kind of cameras are you using the k,j, or g. Thanks for the help I think with the new cell option and investing in their highest quality cameras coupled with the booster packs or the solar panels these have the potential to be invaluable.

I've got the j cameras work great battery life is not to good , but i just went to solar panel on the one's on plots and battery pack on the one's in the timber now no worry on battery going dead only have had couple problem's with two camera's one had to send in the other was taken care of on the phone. Now i had some years ago and said i would never buy again because of customer service was terrible, but the customer service is second to none now, you call they answer!

I run 6 cameras, 1 K and 5 G cameras. It works as advertised but there is definitely some stuff I’d like to see improved. You can’t run the cameras without the additional battery packs. I get around 2-3 weeks on the G cameras without the packs. I get around 40 days with just the 3358 pack. So with the camera and the 3358 pack I’m getting roughly 60 days. Another thing I don’t like about the system is that the cameras are big and bulky, add a battery pack to it and you just doubled the size. Their software needs some updates as well...there is no way to remotely change the camera settings via app or website. Also you can’t put a passcode on the camera. So if someone steals it, they are able to use it. If they could figure out a way to fix the battery life without using additional packs and reduce the size of the camera I would love the system. As is now though, it is my only option if I want to run numerous cell cams on my property because cell service isn’t very good. If i had service over my entire property I would be looking into a different set up.

You will need to purchase an extra battery pack for each camera or else battery life will not be very long. However for the 20 dollar or so battery pack they will last a good while. Well worth it. No other system out there gives you the options that the cuddling system does.

I run many of these if you have specific question feel free to PM but I will give a few brief thoughts below.

I have two dual cell home cams with a total of 10 remote J series.

All cameras have functioned exactly as expected with none needing to be returned. I get reliable pics every 8 hours and really enjoy getting up every morning and checking my email. The technology is a game changer your first trip in can be to hunt and not check cards the real time feedback is a great tool.

Picture quality is ok but not great due to the reduced resolution needed to email large volumes of pics. Once you pull the cards the pics are very very good.

As others have said you will need to get after market D battery packs I get at least two months or more with an after market D cell pack on each cam I have found Duracell Pro Cells last much longer than Energizer just my experience the pro cells work great I get them on Amazon. I run the new after market battery pack that hold 12 D batterys on the home cams and 6 on the remote cams.

Overall range of the link system has been pretty good I typically can get about 1/4th of a mile in almost any terrain.

I have multiple red and black IR cams. The flash range is a little less but I prefer the Black flash it does not seem to alert deer. I typically now buy the black IR version if adding another cam.

Hope this helps but overall I love the Cuddielink system take some time to learn how to properly deploy and get the extra battery packs and you will be very pleased with the technology.

They work great other than battery life issues but we used the solar panels and D cell packs for places with no sun and they have been real good this year. Customer service has been great on any issues\We have had in the last 2 years. Just bought more for next year. Better than the regular cameras you jhave to go check by far. Not to say once in awhile you do have to go replace batteries but not often.

I had 8 bucks show up in the last 24 hours looking at them all now from 100s of miles away from my Ohio lease. The cuddelink system is awesome! I have not changed batteries in months and I get pictures every 8 hours without fail. Buy the battery packs and put Duracell Procells from Amazon in them and they will run for months perfectly.
