Do you guys know anything about CSS bows? I am looking at purchasing a used 2004 Swampmaster.

They are a well built bow but have poor customer service. With them customer service is a hit and miss business and thats why I quit shooting them.

I had no problems with them, and I have boughten recently.
I'm guessing that the other two posters experiences were some months ago?
My experiences and what I've read on this site is that whatever problem they might have had isnt a problem anymore.

I've shot both the Encore and the Swampmaster and loved them both. I feel that its one of the best bows out there for the $$$. Ive had no problems w/ customer service.

I hope you are right. My problems were from November of 2004-January 2005. I dealt directly with Chuck and Peggy so I doubt they are gone but maybe they have improved their service.
