What is the proper way to install a string loop?Arrrow above the loop.....arrow centered in the loop?I have seen it done many ways and was wondering which way is the best?
I feel the reason for the loop is (1) save serving area from wear and (2) to help eliminate arrow pinch. So I would shoot in the middle of the loop, where there would be no arrow pinch at all. But I would say whatever blows your dress up --- shoot it
Arrow goes in the middle of the two knots. When you tie one on you need to make sure that you tie the two knots on opposite sides of the string so that it does not pull to one side and want to rotate when you draw the string.
just room for it to fit, not too tight. dont make it harder than it is just think about it, do it, try it, then if it dont work try something else. for me it's all about experimenting with different ways of trying things.
I have mine in the middle. I have trouble with the loop turning after a shot. I might have to try Bigbulls tip and tie one in the opposite direction of the other. Tail end at me and tail end away.
