Well, I’ll try to answer a few of your questions, however, I’m a 30.5” draw.

The draw cycle on the Darton’s are the smoothest in the market in my opinion. But a lot of people get smooth and easy twisted up. It is linear with no humps or dumps. The lift is stiffer on the back 1/3 of the draw than the St2’s are. As far as hold, comparing the 33’s I think the Darton is slightly better due to the fact you can get the weight lower on the front stab and the grip is by far more user friendly than the Mathews. And yes, I’ve owned 3 lifts… The 31” holds considerably better than the lift 29.5 as well.

My Darton is 2-3 feet slower than my lift was at the same draw weight, same poundage and same arrow. However, with the speed mods, Darton is faster. The speed mod, to me, feels identical to the lift draw cycle.

The tuning features are awesome. Timing is VERY simple and the limb tuning feature does work very well. The only reason to press it is to install a peep.

If you have any other questions, I’d be happy to help. Shameless plug, I’m also a dealer now for Darton and would be happy to get you setup if you don’t have a shop local that carries them.

Valley on the ST2, to me is a touch shallow, but I like a longer valley. It doesn’t want to “go” like the Lift and Lift X does, but it is close. I bought the Lucky Stops for my 33 and can fine tune it the way I like now, best $22 I spent for that bow.

Longer draw people….. (30”), does the 33 hold steadier then the 31? I moved my d loop to the spot that holds the best, but I struggle keeping the 31 steady on point. My 34” bows, especially the Revex, just sits like a rock. I’m sure I would be just fine hunting with it, but if the 33 holds better at longer draw lengths, I’m considering selling/ trading my 31 for a 33.
Yes it does. I sell them, so I’ve shot them all and have a 30.5” draw. The 33 holds just as well as the 34” primes (I’ve had the RVX and Form side by side with them). The 31”, to me, holds ok, but nothing like the 33 and 35 does.
