I have done this and there is no available bolt on blade size that I have found.
What has worked was buy the launcher for the 2 hole Golden key setup.It will be to large for the limbdriver,But there is just enough room to drill it to the size needed.
I used the LD blade as a template.I sandwiched the 2 blades together with a pair of needle nose vise grips,and drilled the holes the exact size and location of the LD.
The best brand launcher and drop away set up has been a killer combo.
