I am buying a decoy this year for the first time. I had set my sights on the new EZ Buck Decoy made by Carrylite. After reading some reviews on Cabelas I may change my mind.

What are you guys using that you like? What decoy should I invest in?

I have the Primos scareface I like it pretty quiet and easy to set up.

Carry lite

I use the carrylite bucky jr.
pros-very realistic looking and lightweight
cons-loud when assembled and loud while carrying through the woods
I keep the decoy fully assembled and carry it in that way, but I have a large trail to walk down so I dont make any extra noise. If you are hunting fields and have easy access to them I would recommend this decoy.
