Hunting 22 years now, Last year was great 142'' 10 and a 120'' 8, I hope I did not peak. I have a farm in MI is where I hunt.

Glad to be on team 3 we need a great name, any idea's

Muy Grande is here and able. Going into my 15th year in the woods. Hunt in Tennessee for the most part, then in January when the rut starts to heat up I start hunting back in my home state of 'Bama. Biggest buck last year was a 115" 8 point. Thats pretty good for this area, especially with archery equipment. But, there is a 140-150 class buck on my property in Tenn., and he and I had a close encounter last fall. He is still alive and hopefully he can help me help the team out this fall. This should be fun.:darkbeer:

TNTC here, this will be my first year deer hunting. I will be using a Martin Saber that I have been practicing every week with since last Oct. I have got the bug real bad, I have two tree stands set up in my front yard, wife tells me I have been talking about bowhunting in my sleep. Looking forward to the season, good luck to all.

deerhunter17 checking in. I am going into my 7th year of hunting. I hunt in notht central wisconsin. I have a few smaller bucks coming in on the cams, but noting real good yet. hopefully that will change! Here is one of the bucks that made it through last season. See him the other night in one of the hayfields. Hopefully I will see him again this season! When does everybody seasons start and end? Wisconsin season starts I think on sept 16 and ends I think Jan. 3.

Bama season starts Oct 15 and runs to Jan 31.

gr8whitehuntr2...I SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE AND ONLY BUT SOMEONE BEAT ME TO MY NAME!!! I cannot wait...entering my 8 yr in the woods...it took a while to get my first buck but...man...i have been in the thick the past couple of years!!!

I hunt SE & S central OHIO!!!! Warren, Greene, Adams, & Muskingham just to name a few of the counties. You should have heard of Warren & Greene...only 3 of the top 5 bucks in the world have been killed out of these counties in the last 5 yrs!!!

Ohio deer season runs from Sept 30th to Feb 6th. It has been extended 2 wks. Plus, they have added an extra weekend of gun this year. woo-woo!!!

I ONLY WORK 8 DAYS THE ENTIRE MONTH OF NOVEMBER!!! Already got the vactation days in!!!

58 days till opening weekend!!! I cannot wait....I didnt help my Turkey team this spring...BUT YOU CAN BET YOUR ASS I WANT LET MY "DEER" TEAM DOWN!!!

Checking in, I'll leave the name up to you guys. I ended up picking my teams name last year so this year I'll just go with whatever is decided. Last years season was good being that I got a nice 8 point on the FIRST DAY within the FIRST HOUR of hunting. This year's season will be starting Sept. 30 here in PA. I've seen a couple nice bucks so far and hopefully the wide 10 I saw last year made it through the winter. This year nothing will be going down unless it's bigger than the one I got last year. I always try to go by that just to increase my odds of getting a P&Y as well as allowing the young ones to grow. Looks like we have a pretty good team here:darkbeer:epsi:

Forgot the pic. Shot placement was right where my sight is covering up. He was quartering away slightly and the shot resulted in a complete pass-through double lung(First lung clipped, second lung dead on). I have other pictures but I like this one best, you can't even tell that the deer is already gutted and most of the blood is cleaned up.*Note the bloody Gold Tip XT in quiver:wink:

Hey all, Bart on this end of the keyboard. Southern Wisconsin hunter for 10 or so years. I have a couple of leased land sites to hunt this year, both in our Chronic Wasting Disease zone, but that does allow me to shoot as many deer as I desire.

I was able to cache in last year with a Doe and Buck (attached photo). Hopefully will have similar luck this year too.

I too like “Deer Thirty”. The first time I read it wrong as “Der Thirty”, which I liked as well.

Season begins Sept 16th, runs though first week of January. Next 6 weeks are going to hard to get threw. Bart

I will be hunting in Wisc. and South Dakota if everything goes as planned.
Also I just found out that work will be taking me away from home for at least a month so my computer access will be limited to weekends only. Just wanted to let you all know so you don't think that I signed up and then dissappeared like people did last year. I will sign in whenever I get the chance but I'm gonna be workin long hours so I can hopefully be home by season opener. Whatever name gets picked is fine with me. Good luck to all!!!
