I'm gonna start learning to do my own work on my bow, and thus bought some levels. Right away, I notice that something wasn't quite right with my string level. It is from R.S. Archery and came as a combo package with an arrow level as well. Just by looking, you can see the bubble is canted. Since I bought it from Bowhunter's Superstore, I will have to deal with the manufacturer themselves to get a replacement. Has anyone ever dealt with them before? Obviously this thing is defective.

I have the same set and the level is just glued in and mine fell out shortly after purchase, I bet if you pull it out and re-glue it down in the notch it will be fine. It will save alot of hassle on a 10 dollar part.
