It just depends on what your looking for. The alloy is a fantastic bow. It is a little faster, has a longer axle to axle. Uses the same Pcx cam. The nice upgrade the Alloy has is the flex roller guard that can be adjusted to increase or decrease lateral torque to fine tune your arrow flight. So it just depends, but I would say yes, especially if you are going to shoot some 3d.
Alloy all the way. Just a dream to shoot and a better draw cycle and hold with the added length. Better feel after the shot, additional options for tuning with roller guard, lighter, and touch faster. All reasons to go Alloy.
