what exactly do you mean by 89.9% and 98.8%?

What is desirable front of center? I put 8" wraps on some Gold Tip 7595s, and the diference between the ones that are wrapped and the ones that are not is .9%. The wrapped ones are 89.9 and the same un-wrapped arros is 98.8% with a 100 grain tip.
