I ended up returning mine as well. I felt bad... but how it performed in relation to the cost... I just couldn't stomach it.
I knew the moment I went back to my backup bow, which has a Black Gold Pro single pin on it, and how much more I like that one. Buttery smooth dial and awesome adjustability.
My arxos was dropping from 20/bottomed out on consecutive shots, even with the brake on. I was shooting at a horizontal piece of electrical tape to zero my elevation. First shot was gold, subsequent shots high. Then I realized what was going on...
Their support instructed me to tighten up the adjusters where it attaches to the rail, which fixed that problem, but the dial became extremely difficult to turn past about 40 yards.
I also really dislike that, in order to adjust the third axis, you have to displace the windage that you had probably already sighted in.
I will say their support team is awesome. They really do stand behind their product. I'm not writing them off forever... just this Gen 1 product.
