A friend is shooting an '05 Rapture at 60# and 27". He is shooting 26" GT XT 3555s with 100 grain heads and 4" vanes at 254fps. I am not sure of his arrow weight. But he has one of those God-awful giant peeps with the amber lens and an alignment tube. Once he loses that he will get a few more feet per second, I am sure. Your nubers seem odd, though, because the first arrow was so much faster and it shouldn't have been. Only weight is the issue, not spine.

how did 2 arrows of almost exactly the same weight shoot so differently speedwise???
Poor nock fit.
But that probably isn't what it is since the another one is the same brand as the slow one.

Spine will effect speed. If an arrow is grossly under spined the bow efficiency drops tremendously. An under spined arrow inhibits your bows ability to transfer energy to the arrow.
That's what I thought. The arrow bends and loses energy.

A PSE 200 won't be under spined with your bow. I shoot them out of my Allegiance at 60, 29". The 300 is even stiffer. I'd guess the unknown arrow is lighter than stated. There's really no way it can fly faster then an arrow that's 18 gr lighter.

I would have to agree with this. The PSE 300 and 200 are both reasonable for your bow setup. The unknown arrow had to be much lighter. The only point I was trying to make was that spine can effect speed irregardless of arrow weight.
