Whomever made this article - thank you!

I follow it and made my own little changes. I added wheels from harbor freight, bought 8 inch lag screws, and a cross brace.
I wanted to make this so my kids could practice more safely.

I still might cut some off the 4x4's to make it lighter and may add some support on the wheel side in the middle to stop bowing in case the weather takes it's tole. A little bigger wheels would make it a little easier to move out back but these are ok.

I made one for a neighbor similar to that. I made the frame bigger than the stall mat, about 2" wider on the sides and 4" on the top. I used screw hooks on the top. I drilled holes in the mat and used quick links through the holes. I let the mat suspend from the top using the screw hooks and quick links. By being suspended, the mat has a lot of give to it and most of the time errant arrows just hit the mat and fall to the ground without sticking in or going through. I copied this design from another one that used a piece of pipe that was inserted through holes drilled in the 2x4's on each side and the carabiners or quick links around the pipe like a shower curtain rod. The screw hooks and quick links were less expensive and the mat doesn't slide to the sides.

While I agree that target would be nice this was more of a back stop plan. I have a 3d deer in front, move bag targets, and also set up a block target in front. I didn't really need another target but something to stop arrows if my kids miss.
