dmi and g5 rest

what is the diffreence between the two rests. i know that g5 hired the designer of the dmi rest to design their expert series rests but what is the main difference

They made some improvements to the G5, I think. I had a DMI and the metal piece that the spring coils around (basically the pivoting mechanism) broke off. It was replaced with the G5 and I haven't had any trouble with it. I think they just beefed it up a bit.
