I would at least use the 500s if not the 400s. I think the 500s and 400s would just be underspinned and not fly good. I shoot between 65 and 72# with a 27" dl and use epic 400s and they fly great.

I couldn't get my 400's (EPIC,XT55/75,Terminators) to spine out even at a 25 " shaft length. I can make them all group broadheads, but not any where near fieldpoints. I shoot 70lbs, 65% letoff at 27".

I shot the St. Epic 500's for 3-d. for two years in my Trykon XL at 28" and 62 lbs. When shooting fixed blade broadheads, I need to shoot 400's. I am currently shooting Beeman ICS 400's for both 3-D and broadheads. Didn't have to change sight marks as they hit right with the 500's.

I use Easton Axis 500's for hunting and target, they work out great, G 5 upfront, high penetration
