When I go on hunting trips are from home, I like to bring two bows in case anything happens to one of them. What is a good double bow case that can be used for airline use? I have a Lakewood double bow case right now, but not sure if I would need more of a hard case and if so, what are the best options out there?

SKB make a beast of a hard case. A lot of tournament archers travel with a semi hard case like a legend bow case or aurora case and the make the trip just fine.

If you were to get an SKB look at the 4217-PL model it's an awesome size for most hunting bows with a little extra space for binos rangefinder etc.

SKB double for me and my case has done close to 20 flights from CA to IL. This past November on the way back from Chicago Midway to Ontario, CA the luggage guys piled too much on the case. The case was apparently flat and the heavy cargo actually bent my HHA. I sent the sight back to HHA for repair and they sent me a new one. I will remove my sight on the next trip.
