:killpain: I shoot a bowtech tomcat set with a 27" draw. My armspan is 67" is my draw length on my bow too long? If so how can I fix it?

When you draw your bow, does it feel too long? Are you leaning back into the shot? Take a picture of yourself from the side at full draw and this will tell you if you are leaning back. If you are leaning back and the nock of the arrow is behind your eye socket, chances are your draw is too long. Most guys shoot too long of a draw, very few shoot too short. Wingspan measurements get you close, but we are all built differently.:darkbeer:

Draw length

Just take your wingspan and divide it by 2.5 and that equals to about 26.8. Your probaly shooting pretty close to the right draw lenght, but it all depends on the feel and if you shoot the bow accuarately. If you feel your DL is too long that bow can probaly be changed with a mod. I would rather shoot a little to short than to long.
