Has anyone tried one of the drop away rests for fingers? All the release shooters I talk to love theirs, but I've never talked to a finger shooter. Thanks for the help.

You need some side resistance and the point at which it drops away is important. During the first 1/4 of the arrows travel forwards from the loose the arrow is flexing into the arrow rest and that is when the arrow needs side resistance. You can see this if you go to www.wernerbeiter.com and look at the high speed vidoes of an arrow being shot ( Click on english version and then downloads, the way to the center) During this first flexing stage the arrow rest should stay up to provide side pressure.
