What is the easiest way to remove a factory nock without damaging it or the arrow? I just purchased lighted nocks and want to install them.

If you cannot remove the factory nock with just your fingers...

then,
I suggest a set of channel lock pliers,
and adjust the jaws so that the jaws are close to parallel
for the size of the nock,
and then...

try some electrical tape around the jaws,
so you do not cut into the sides of the nock.

Use minimal squeezing pressure on the channel lock pliers
and pull and twist as you remove the nock.

Twist to break the initial tension
(while nock is in motion during twisting)
then pull the nock out.

Regular pliers do not have parallel jaws
and will damage the nock.
