What I've heard

I've heard the words heavy (which isn't all that bad but still), very expensive and bend. I've heard pull easily from targets, so doesn't regular aluminum. 3 bad's, 1 good....probably not going to buy...

I shoot them and like them very much. They are not alot heavier that the Axis ST. The on bad thing I have found is I have bent a few hitting them with other arrows. Don't shot more than one at the same spot. They are going to be an awesome hunting arrow IMO.

I ahve a dozen for target shooting, slim shaft, heavy for good wind responce. and carrying power and cheaper than ACE 370's which were the next best match. On a safety view I like the idea of having an ally tube between me and the carbon.

They are great for penetrating, they have the hidden insert tech. and they pull out of targets much easierr. The inserts are internal so you get a true fight. I used the easton axis, but pulling them from targets was hard, so I switched to the FMJ arrows and love them. Are they actually heavy though. I use a 340, it will travel better then an aluminum, on a truer line, and the K.E. is great.

I had two dozen of them but now I'm down to 21 arrows because I've RH'd three of them in the last two weeks. They are vert accurate to say the least. I can't wait to use them with the 100 gr Silver Flame broadheads this year. It will be the ultimate hunting arrow.

I havent found one bad thing about them yet. They are very consistent and I like the little extra weight. As for the bending I have slapped them into each other and a few trees and stumps while small game hunting and not one has been damaged or bent. They are very durable and are one heck of a hunting arrow.

axis fmj

i have 3 dozen axis 400s and just got 6 fmjs and they are awesome. They fly well and pack a punch. They may be the ultimate hunting arrow. I think they may actually be better than the acc's for hunting
