Hi all,
Im having trouble getting my 2.75 inch Easton Diamond vanes (PN 398967) to adhere to my Axis 5mm shafts. I constantly seem to have to re-glue them. They even fall off just sitting in my bow case.
The freshly opened Bohning Fletch-Tite Platinum glue is adhering to the arrow shaft, but not the vane. So far I've not wiped the base of the vane and just applied glue, then wiped them with 99% alcohol, and also tried acetone. They still fall off. Im using plenty of glue. My arrow prep is good as the glue sticks to it, just not the vanes.
Am I just using the wrong glue for them? When I repair Blazers, I have no issues.
