Does anyone shoot these for 3d or just for spots? I know these are primairially a indoor arrow however i would be shooting a little outdoor with them as well. Id like a little weight as well to channel the energy to the arrow and get the "twang" out of my bow when it fires. Right now im shooting Easton full bore at about 390 to 400 grains.

There was a time that everyone shot aluminum, indoors and out. Records were set with aluminum also. That said, I'm shooting gold tip pro 22's this year indoor and I can't find too many reasons why they're better than last years X7's. Sure cost more.

I've had great success with 2312's and 2213's. Just depends on your setup. I cut my 2312's about 27.5" with 100 grain tips shooting 60#. This past year i experimented with 2213's cut to my rest with 50 grain points, microlite nocks and 4 2.25" vanetec swift vanes and they shot remarkable even with the almost neutral foc. Even past 60 yards they still shot great
