Anyone shooting an Elite Envision? How do you like it? I'm looking at 70lbs 27" DL, 450gr arrow for hunting. I really like the S.E.T. system. Do you shoot standard or speed? Cable or limb stop? Any reviews appreciated. Thanks

Shooting one 27” set 65lbs (70lb limbs) with limb stops in as I like when the cable touch then just barely pull into it and hit the limb stop. Shot elite for a while synergy impulse energy’s kure remedy some others…not the smoothest bow of elite but I have cat whiskers and hitek stop and is extremely dead and quiet compared to some of my past elites. I will likely add another elite this yr but I am partial to a 7” brace unless shorting lower lbs.

Thanks good info. I like longer brace height too. Always shot bowtech but can get a deal on an envision and am interested. It felt a little long on DL to me.

I've been shooting mine at 65# @ 28" with a 425 gn arrow on the performance/stock mods using the cable stops since last December. I love this bow. It is accurate, quiet, no vibration and plenty fast enough. People bash it saying how slow it is but I am happy to sacrifice 5-10 fps for a smooth draw and stable platform. I like the longer brace heights as well. Came from shooting a '16 Synergy and the Envision isn't as smooth of a draw, but its also alot faster and more stable of a platform. I ran a sidebar on my Synergy to balance it out but don't need one on the Envision. It's a great bow and I don't plan to upgrade for quite awhile. I think the DL does run a little long but that's the cool thing about 1/4" adjustments, easy to dial in.

I haven’t personally heard of limbs for them with a 20lb range but modern bows turned down vs cranked all the way up have the same efficiency. It has to do with the way the floating limb pockets are designed nowadays vs years ago. The Omnia is going to feel alot stiffer on the draw but imo the Envision and Omnia are two different animals so that makes sense just have to take them for what they’re worth.

265-270 fps. Plenty fast enough. You would probably be better off going with a maxed out 50 lb bow than one set at the lowest poundage in its range. I'm sure there are threads on here explaining why that is. I honestly don't know why but it seems to me that the bow would be more efficient that way.

Mine is a 60lb bow. I started at 54lbs, now drawing 60.4lb. Easier to draw than my Drive NXT at 56lb.
The envision is the nicest bow I've ever shot. It is super accurate. I run limb stops with 80% let off. 29" DL.
It's a very easy bow to shoot a lot of arrows from. Very forgiving for a 31" ATA bow. Simple to tune. Very quiet and vibration free...it doesn't jump on the shot..... which I love as I'm never trying to pre empt the shot and grabbing the riser. I love the grip.
So far there's been nothing it's needed apart from a string twist to straighten out the peep after the first few hundred shots. It hasn't moved since.
I love how many adjustments you can make without having to press the bow. I've got my own bow press, but it's nice being able to make adjustments without having to use it. I went a little longer in draw length and then shortened the let off which brings it back a little. It's perfect now.
Don't think I've owned any bow as accurate as the Envision is..
