I think I would use a 100 grain broadhead. Just a matter of arrow placement.

Give us your draw length, what year bow and cams.

I would use a heavier head myself.

Should be just fine, Guessing your Arrows around the 400 grain area and guessing KE will be in the 78 range, plenty for Elk, probably all pass throughs out to 40 yards or more. Know this because my setup is similar and the last 4bulls I've shot the arrow didn't even hardly slow down even with a rib or 2 in the way.

the grain of the arrow is not a lot if your a good shot don't worry about it, but if your worried about bad placement I would get a heavier broad head.
