I finaly joined the club. I was shooting yesterday and was so focusded on adjusting the waight that I forgot to load an arrow. I pull the bow back, aim, and wack.! Dry fire. All I could do was stare. My shop owner and pro shooter too a look at it and the only thing that hapened was string came half of the lower cam, Nothing else. The bow was perfect.
This was my firs Hoyt and WOW! a 70 lb dry fire and the string just moved a bit. I was amazed.

I almost joined the club the other day if it wasn't for my buddy yelling stop don't shoot. lol Felt pretty bad. Mine wasn't drinking, just caught up in guessing yardage.
