Which one of these would be the best to get for brightness for my fiber optic pins? I have a Model 300 Extreme Eclipse sight with .029 pins for hunting. I have heard from you all here at the boards that the new lights help you see the fiber optic pins better in low light.

Extreme has two that will fit their sights. One is a "Blue Flame" and the other a "Purple Haze". I was wondering which was the best for amplifying the pins in low light. Both cost the same so that idn't an issue. Thanks.

I have both blue and the purple. Tje blue is brightere but the purple will only light up thefibers not the housing and the pin body.
Hope this helps.

I think Olddog48 is saying use the purple light for the Southern Hemisphere and us the blue light for the Northern Hemisphere.
