I finally found a brand new one and took it home with me. The question I have is at almost full draw, the string seems to touch/rub the inside part of the cam. It's noticeable when everything is dead quiet as it makes a slight rubbing noise. Never heard it at the shop. My question is what could be the reason or is it the way the cam is set up? Any input would be much appreciated.

Hmmmm. I have been shooting an ez7 for two years now and have never had that issue. Do you have any noticeable cam lean during the draw cycle? A pic would be great if you could get one.

I have owned 2 eZ7's & never had that problem.

If you bought it at a shop, I would be taking it back to be checked.
