Factory fletched arrows

When you buy a dozen pre-boxed arrows from Carbon Express or Easton, how do the arrows come fletch? I know they are not helical, but are they off-set, and by how much. I can't seem to find that out on any of their websites. If they are straight why? I know it cost the company less because they are easier to fletch that way, and there wouldn't be as many arrows that had to go through a second time due to adhering problems, but if it does no good rotation wise why do it? I would think that customers would become upset at their arrows not flying properly and cast a bad light on the company and causing people to switch to a brand that does, thereby loosing the arrow company more money than they would have spent just fletching with at least an offset to begin with. Anyone have any ideas on this or know where I can find out how different companies fletch their arrows?

In my experience, Ive bought Trophy Ridge and Carbon Express factory fletched arrows, and both were fletched strait with very slight right offset, maybe 1* of offset.
Im sure it has to do with either cost or ease of mass fletching thousands of arrows.
My TR arrows were fletched with 2" Predator vanes, and they held up very well, even through a WB rest for a while.
The CX were fletched with some soft, 3" vanes, and they came off after a few shot out the WB.
I fletch my own arrows now, and use a lot of helical

My maxima's came with 1* rt offset blazers, but I would think they could be ordered to your specs. Can't tell you if the shop would make up the bare shafts for you or if the factory does it. I stripped most of them and put on 4" feathers. Now I'm stripping them all after some testing and putting on 2" rayzrs. Get a jig, bare shafts and whatever fletching you like and enjoy making your own the way you like.
The factory glues the fletch farther forward than I do. I guess to allow clearance for finger shooters. They stabilize an arrow faster the farther back they are.

They all pretty much come with 1 degree right offset which is plenty for perfect broadhead flight. I prefer to fletch my own arrows but i only fletch them with a 1 degree offset anything more is just more noise and more drag to slow down the arrow.
