You are right on the line between 400's and 340's. Here is the link to the Easton shaft selector sight: http://www.eastonarchery.com/products/selection-target
I would lean towards the 340, leave the shaft about 1/2" long (28") and a slightly heavier tip. That's the route I would take. Some would go the opposite direction, go with the shortest shaft and a lighter tip.
But the absolute best advice I could give, is shoot a 340 & 400 through paper and see which gives the best result. That usually isn't possible though.
