Take a look at the Bishop for heavy strong one piece broadhead.

 

The bishops look great but just not in the budget for me. I draw the line at the $65 a 3 pack line. I can see spending the money on something like abowyer, tuffhead, vpa but i just couldnt do the price of the ashby heads, iron will or bishop

It really depends on what I am setting up for but generally speaking, I work with glue on heads and adjust weight with the inserts. I have lots of options.

 

the glue on heads are what caught my eye. My only expirience with glue ons with threaded adapters though has been tusker concord single bevels but i never got around to shooting them, the grinds were extremely inconsistent and some of them the bevel didnt even go to the half way point of the blade thickness.

 

For me heavy insert and 100 grain heads lol, not to many 300 grain options

 

Can't beat the VPA unless you want to spend some serious money on the Bishops

nothing i dont like about the vpa, ive hunted with them for around the last 7 years and was on their field staff the last 4 years. This year i just decided its time to play around and try what else is out there.
