It's the end of an era and a day I never wanted to come. I've lost my favorite beanie. I've spent the last 2 days going through every portion of the house and hunting clothes....just hoping I would come across it. But to no avail. It was a Under Armour light weight beanie that was perfect for cool fall bowhunting days and chilly spring shed hunts. It was the perfect match of wicking material on the inside and light fleece outer. It's been as far north as Ontario, Canada on a cold winter bow hunt and west to Nebraska... on a few mule deer hunts. It's caught many spring bass on the lake, picked up a lot of sheds (including the first shed hunt with my wife) and along the ride for many successful bow hunts. I'll miss that beanie......and it had to be lucky. Best I can tell, I bought it in the fall of 2006 or 2007 and had a small gold emblem and was very spandex like. If any AT member would happen to have one of these decade old beanies they are will to part with I will pay full retail value. And if I must....I'll buy a new one. I've looked at them all and thinking the new Sitka beanie may be the best match. But i'm open to suggestions.
