Jerry,
Easiest way, have him stand like he is holding a bow, pending on what hand he is, stand next to a wall and as he is extending his bow holding arm with a fist, have it touch the wall so he is perpendicular to the wall. Take a tape measurer, and put the tape on the wall to the corner of his mouth, thats an easy draw measurement,
