Built my own arrows this fall and got a big doe this past weekend with one. Really happy with the way they turned out and perform in the field

Nice job and congrats on the doe. One thing I do, though, to make them look better is to take a Q-tip and wipe off the excess glue at the base of each vane.

Agree.

Also, If its squishing out the sides you are using too much.

I think it looks like he dabbed the ends to keep the from peeling off with pass through. I do the same thing

Agree, I do also even though it bugs me to do it (I'm a little OCD).
