First Lite base layer sizing help

Looking at getting a new base layer and going to go with the Llano top and Allegheny bottoms. Looking at their size chart I would be between a small or medium (5'9" and 160lbs). Read a ton of reviews trying to figure which would work best but reviews seem to be all over the place on sizing depending on which piece of clothing you're looking at. Anyone around my size with the Allegheny, Llano, Chama or Red Desert grundies have opinions on size? Would like a snugger fit, but obviously not too small that they are uncomfortable. Thanks!

I'd say medium. it'll still be snug but the fit length wise would be better. Wool can shrink too if you get lazy with it, so you'll want to have a little room to protect against that.
