Finally found someone else having the same problem. I think I am going to a smaller vane and getting away from the fusions. They just wont clear the rest. I have had my bow tuned and set up right but the fusion vanes will hit.

blazers are higher profile fletch, if you bow is tuned correctly and your still having contact you may have to switch vanes.

One of the first things to do is make sure that your knocking point is at 90 degrees. It sounds like your arrow is pointed down hill causing the fletch to strike as it passes through.
