Speaking just for me, Ive found that a 2-3 degree right offset does a good job on my Executioner arrows. I'm using Duravanes right now.. On some crossbow models the Blazer vane will "bottom" out in the rail groove, namely Tenpoint, due to the height of the vane.. There's some on here that still use Blazers and have no problems with them... Helical to a degree is not bad but too much may cause arrow interference with the sides of the rail upon arrow launch..

I prefer right helical 2" Blazers for my bows. What you use partially on the depth of your deck channel (old style Blazers bottomed out in one of my past bows). But helical or offset have worked best for me if the vanes are short.

Straight fletch with a 2 degree off set. For fletching use a vane that is over 3 inch long. Duravanes or EEA are good. Blazers are too tall for some bows, best not to use them as they may end up being shot in a bow that is not designed for tall vanes by accident. I use EEA 3.8 inch vanes.
The older version Blazers (without the logo) were taller than current versions.
