I had same problem. Just use cheap post, run 2 strands of barb wire. Keeps cows out, deer get in easy. If using to attract ths should work. If wanting to feed and manage for deer health, it takes a larger area. Then it become more work, but well worth the results.

Food Plots? Really worth it....? If you have cows around ?

I wanted to put in a couple small ones on top of a hill. The type I'd do with a rake / 4 wheeler.

Trouble is, the cows pretty much have free reign and I figure it would be a waste.

Any thoughts ??
