Shorten your draw length an inch or so and raise your peep height to lower your anchor a bit... Loosen your grip a bit, too.

Your grip looks to tight and too deep in your hand, your anchor looks to high and it looks like you are leaning forward

I do grip to tight! I try not to but it gets by sometimes! Also, the target is like 10 yards away......but thanks for all the advice so far!
