I have wanted a Montana long bow everysince the first time i Laid my eyes on it.... anyone have one???
Do ya like it?
any dislikes???
Santa is gonna bring me one I hope... get big bonus so thinkin of buyin one for a back up bow.
Still love to build and shoot my own Sage' bows but have always wanted good dependable longbow.
Is the Montana the one???

They shoot OK for mass production bows. I can't help but think they should have a little more deflex and a LOT more reflex in them, but then they would cost more to produce, driving the price up.

I shot one for about four months before I ordered my first of four custom longbows. First thing I did to mine was reshape that 2x4 of a handle. I guess that's about the only complaint I have with it.

cool thanks for reply.
I really like to build and shoot my Osage bows... but. i dont like to shoot them in wet weather, since mine are truly traditonal, only artifical substance the the string and glue for the handle.
every since the Montana came out I have wanted one.
If you dont mind me askin what bow did you end up with??
