Frozen hearts

Are any of you guys having luck cooking hearts that were previously frozen? I just started eating them about 5 years ago, and they're usually gone with in a few days. Usually sauteed medium rare.
I have been fortunate enough to get multiple deer during gun season's lately, we eat a lot of veni. I have a few and wanted to know how you were preparing them. Thanks.

They shouldn't be a problem frozen. People buy frozen beef heart all of the time. I usually eat them that same night. Clean them and sautéed in marinade and served in corn tortilla with raw red onions, tomatoes and lettuce. Oh and also sriracha. Yummy yummy in my tummy.
