I ordered a sight on the 16th of September and they charged my credit card. No sight has arrived and I started calling. Never got to talk to a person but left messages. I also sent them email messages and I have had zero response. Has anyone else had experience with them?

Try calling after 4:00 pm CDT. They run evening hours during the week. I have done lots of business with them at the shop and they are great guys to deal with. Don't know what number you are calling but try (309) 862-2697... that is direct to the shop.

They finally called me and let me know the sight is backordered.

Try Jerry as South Shore Archery Supply, he has top notch customer service and is awesome to deal with.
that's not going to help him get his site that's already paid for!
maybe next time...

This dude is one prime jerkoff, I do not understand why everyone on this site continues to defend him to other shooters or hunters. His customer service blows!
