I have a dog that I put on a lot of tracks every year. Mostly for me and clients at the ranch I work at. I’ve never hired him out, and don’t plan to anytime soon. But if any of my buddies called and needed help, and I was available, I take him and give it a go.
I take it the dog owners will have to sign up and pay the app people to be contacted
what about contacting your state dog tracking association, if they have one.
on our local state website, most of the dog trackers like to have their dogs track, so most say if they are available and with in an hour , just pay for gas and they will be there
I heard about this on a podcast a couple weeks ago. If I remember correctly trackers had to be vetted (and the trackers associations were involved) you can get the app for free, then when you put an animal down you put in your information, animal, equipment, yardage, shot placement, etc. Then the app sends your information to trackers and they respond with lead times to you. At this point you pay the app fee (minimum) and you pay the tracker directly on what y’all agree too.
Basically it keeps you from calling random numbers.
I’m going to have it on my phone anyway, it’s free
This seems very useful and well done. May never need it but will download for the low, low price of free.
