sure they work..

no different than addin brass nocks, just cost's more and isn't as tunable.

Just like the brass nock points you can't put them just anywhere and gain your speed. You must start about 2-3 inches from the cam(s) and shoot through a chronograph, readjust, shoot, and on untill you find the sweet spot for your bow. On a single cam you only need one at the cam. They are kinda like realestate.........LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION......

When you release the string, the string goes a little limp before the cams can roll and take up the "slack". These weights keep the string more taunt at the cams so they can "pick up" the string a split second quicker and it gives you a few more fps.
