General rule on poundage loss per limb bolt turn?

I dont have a bow scale at home so if i turn my limb bolts loose a half turn how much poundage does that take off.......roughly? Is it true to lose 3 fps per pound taken off the limbs?

I think it vaies from bow to bow. Find a scale somewhere is the only way to really tell.
