i am net to arrow building so my first of im sure many questions is i purchased fletch tite platinum for the fletching can i use this also for the inserts or is some else recomended? i am using beman ics hunters

i use bohning powerbond to glue inserts in my carbon,s works good.i use the fletch tight platinum to glue my fletching.

fletch tite won't hold your inserts well. For aluminum arrows I use hot melt and for carbon arrows I use Goat tuff. I have also used super glue gel on carbons but I like goat tuff for inserts and fletching carbons.

How do you heat the glue without ruining the arrow?
