Anyone have any info on these? I was messing around on lancaster page and found these. I am wondering if they would work on vaps and how much they weigh. There was nothing in the description on lancaster and the goldtip page looks like he hasn't been updated in a year.
Any info on these would be great.

How much difference would it be if I used the .234 combo on one that is .232?

2 thousandths of an inch isn't gonna be detrimental. I personally would want to glue the collars on soo that the void is filled between the collar and the shaft. I'd screw on a point and spin it before glueing.

I might order a couple and give it a try first. If not I will just stick with the SS outserts.

.166 is inside diameter of vap arrows and you can us easton deep six inserts just sand them a little
Ray I have that on my 3d arrows but want the weight of something up front for hunting. But with the numbers you ran for me I need a 300. Just don't know which arrow yet lol.

Your looking at about 40 bucks to outfit your arrows with them. That's pretty damn spendy.

Also something I noticed that draws my concern is the design of the outsert. It looks like the entire point is outside the arrow shaft, including the shank both pieces are aluminium, not the most durable thing out there.

Not so much worried about cost, but I would like to hear about durability with these. Like you said the point is not I'm the arrow much. I might just stick with SS outserts after all. Just a tad heavier than I would like.
