My buddy and I went bow hunting for Elk in NM last year without success but fortunately he just lost a bet to me and may be taking me on a private land hunt this year. Unfortunately since it's his treat, he gets to pick the weapon and he is going rifle. I know this is a bow site but does anyone have any recommendations on private land hunts? Probably 7-8k. Thanks
