My best friend is a taxidermist in Gray, Maine, and I wanted to share some new pics of his work. I don't want to come across as selling his work, so PM me if you'd like his info.. or share your own pics of top quality taxidermy. If anyone knows wether or not I can post his name, I'll do it.

After all the time and effort put into a hunt, considering the spectrum of talent in the taxidermy field, hunters should really do the research and not limit themselves to what is right in their county.. It can be worth shipping it!!

buck laying down

that pic of the buck laying down is my favorite.. in person, the buck has one of the most beautiful coats. I'll try to get close ups. The antlers are sheds from Maine, and the hide was from Canada. He'd done this one for exhibit only.
couple more pics as well... from my Maine buddy. the one on the pedestal is a wolverine with a caribou leg.
