I've been shooting various Grim Reaper broadheads for 3 years and as a high expectation user, I have spoken to them about my experience. Frankly I've been comfortable with their responses and support throughout that process.
The crossbow rated broadheads they provide are tested from 400+ fps xbows. Accuracy is excellent and in almost 100% of thew time the broadheads do fly to POA like a fieldpoint. I shoot 410 to 440 fps xbows. A nice broadhead for deer I would recommend is the #1973, Razor Cut, 3 blade, 1.5" diameter cut in 100 and 125 gn weights.
I also shoot what I call "maximum blade" Grim Reapers that are not xbow rated and I band them with dental bands to ensure they don;t ope in flight. I have shot the Pro Series Whitetail Special (#1624, 3 blade, 2" cut in 100 gn) and the Pro Series Whitetail Extreme (#1645, 4 blade, 2" cut in 125 gn). My goal is to deliver the most blade surface reasonably possible to be as effective in the harvest process as I can be. Especially for free range hog hunting which I do like to do.

Banding broadheads is not hard but another thing to do, and we all have long lists. I do it be able to use these highly effective broadheads.
Hopefully "affordable" technology catches up to our xbow speeds and at some point in the near future we won't have to do this to ensure performance of big broadheads.
